Abstract
During the Minor semester in the 3rd year of my "Global Responsibility & Leadership" Bachelor, I have done an internship at the Michaelshof in Sammatz, Germany. The Michaelshof is an organic Demeter farm and multicultural living and working community with employees, interns and volunteers from all over the world. It consists of many different departments that offer a unique opportunity for everyone to gain a variety of new experiences and skills. This report aims at illustrating exactly that by looking at how the Michaelshof works as well as diving into my experiences, learnings and reflections on what has been a truly eye-opening and inspiring internship for me.
