Abstract

This report describes a five-month internship conducted from September 2025 to January 2026 at Certe assuradeuren, where the focus was on developing a standardized, data-driven reporting solution for affiliated insurance advisors. The objective of the project was to support more consistent and efficient reporting by creating a scalable framework that provides advisors with clear insights into their portfolio, production, and claims performance. The reporting solution was developed using Qlik Sense for data modelling and visualization and Mail & Deploy for automated report generation and distribution. Data from multiple sources, including production, policy, financial, and claims datasets, were analysed and integrated into a single reporting structure. A generic report template was designed that can be dynamically filtered for individual advisors, allowing personalized reports to be generated automatically without requiring multiple separate report versions. The final solution consists of a three-page report containing key performance indicators, portfolio development metrics, claims analysis, and relationship-level insights. In addition, an automated distribution environment was implemented that enables reports to be generated and sent to more than 200 advisors. Together, these components form a reusable reporting framework that improves consistency, reduces manual work, and supports data-driven decision-making within the organization.
